In the fall of 2012, the principals of NCP, Inc. and Flynn + Sweeney created a joint venture, NCP – FS, in order to bring a more comprehensive suite of financial services to both of their existing and future respective client bases.

Ryan Flynn
Ryan Flynn is a founding partner of Flynn + Sweeney and heads up the Outsourced CFO Services and Business Consulting. He was previously with KPMG in both the Minneapolis and Geneva, Switzerland offices, focusing on audits and consulting projects for several of the firm's large international clients.
Mr. Flynn holds an accounting degree from the University of Northern Iowa and completed the CPA examination in 1998. He serves on the Board of Directors for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, along with the Community Board of West Bank.
John Sweeney
John Sweeney is a founding partner of Flynn + Sweeney and heads up the firm’s tax practice. He previously worked in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Kansas City), KPMG (Des Moines) and LWBJ (Des Moines).
Mr. Sweeney holds an accounting degree from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, has worked with members of the Senate Finance Committee and House Ways & Means Committee, and serves as Member / Officer on various civic organizations.
