Business Development - NCP currently advises a number of mid-market clientele on a long term basis in conjunction with senior management (CEO / CFO level) and / or Boards of Directors.
 

These activities span from Strategic Acquisition Targeting and Execution, Joint Ventures / Risk Sharing Structures, and Optimal Capital Structure & Budgeting. 
 

Advisory Services – Similar to NCP’s long term Business Development role, the firm takes on a number of Specialty Projects which are more ‘one time’ in nature.  Most specifically these are often related to negotiating, structuring and capitalizing strategic Joint Ventures as well as Recapitalizations and Restructuring / Work Outs focused on the sustainability of the operating business over the entire firm’s capital structure.
