NCP manages a leading mid-market national Restructuring Advisory and Real Estate investment banking firm.  Our businesses include real estate, corporate operational restructuring and recapitalization of non-institutional and / or conventional debt.  NCP covers the spectrum alternative financing structures as well as conventional placement.  NCP’s principal has been involved in institutional real estate finance for over 15 years, and the firm has been actively involved in both regional and national real estate markets since its inception.  
 
As markets have fluctuated, especially in the past three years, NCP has devoted significant resources in restructuring and recapitalization opportunities.  Since 2008, NCP has restructured over $250,000,000 of assets, primarily mid-market commercial real estate portfolios but also small and mid-market operating businesses.  As with all of our client relationships our value is provided through our experience and deep industry relationships which enables us to accomplish various client goals including:  avoidance of bankruptcy, prevention of lawsuits, discounted pay-offs, release of personal guarantees and final work-out / re-capitalization solutions.   We are actively involved on the investment and / or debt side of each transaction when applicable upon successful resolution with creditors.
