Inc. Central Iowa and Eastern Nebraska’s
largest independent distributer of industrial gases and
welding supplies, in its successful sale to Airgas North
Central, a regional division of Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG).
December 2007 – NCP Investment Banking acted as sole
advisor to Wright Welding Supply, Inc., Central Iowa and
Eastern Nebraska’s largest independent distributer
of industrial gases and welding supplies, to a Division
of Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) This transaction further establishes
NCP’s leading Midwest investment banking franchise
in distribution and business services entities catering
to the region’s solid manufacturing and construction
industry base. This acquisition will allow Mr. Rick Kersey,
the owner of Wright Welding, and the over 40 employees
of Wright and their customers the unparalleled operational
expertise of the Wright franchise with a broader array
of additional products and services under the Airgas banner.
